Terms of Trade

These terms apply to all goods and services supplied by Pratt Group Holdings Ltd. (“Pratt Group”, “we”, “us”) to our customers. By placing an order or accepting a quote, you accept these terms.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payment terms

Standard terms are payment by the 20th of the month following invoice. Trade account holders may have different terms agreed in writing.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances outside our control.

Quarry product specifications

Quarry products are sold by tonne. Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change. Delivery is by phone order and arranged through our weighbridge office.
